Description
NEWGIZA (NG) is the first and largest integrated upscale development in Egypt, spanning over 1,500 acres (6.3 million square meters). The development is strategically located in the 6th of October district with direct access to all of Cairo’s main roads and highways namely: Mehwar, Ring Road, Wahat Road, Cairo-Alex Desert Road as well as additional roads currently under construction. This allows for easy access to all of NEWGIZA’s 8 entrances. Upon completion NG will encompass a total of ten neighborhoods. Greenery is of key importance throughout the development and within each neighborhood with 87% of NG’s total land planned for open space, wide streets.
